  Iris Marie McDonald comes from a family with a history of working in the real estate business, turning a full-time work ethic into generations of sales success. She enjoys all aspects of real estate. Licensed since 1988, Iris began her real estate career with influential central Florida brokers. Success led her to work with top real estate companies and new construction developments in South Florida, handling transactions from beginning to end. In the 1990’s she added the tropical paradise of Monroe County to her field of endeavors and put her expertise and in-depth knowledge of construction to work in redevelopment of vacation properties in the Florida Keys where she founded her own successful boutique home building business. Iris lists and sells property from the Palm Beaches to the Florida Keys and has remodeled shoreline estates, waterfront homes and rental properties. Iris serves a select referral clientele in five counties, where she is highly regarded for her negotiation skills, confidentiality and positive attitude. She loves to fish and holds a world record, “catch” in Key West, was featured in Florida Sportsman and featured on HGTV’s, “Island Life” in 2014.
